We have a quaint room to offer on The Avenue in central Southampton just 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. Modern, double room with wardrobe and side table. Hangers and towels provided with tea making facilities in your room. Positioned with direct access onto decking which you are welcome to use during your stay. The bathroom is just next door, off the kitchen with towels, mats and toiletries provided. There are buses running from directly outside & perfect for both universities.

A light and bright private room with double bed and shared bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea view where you can seat and enjoy a drink. Barbecue facilities, tea, coffee and cold drinks. There is a fridge for guests' sole use. Smokers welcome outside. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so animal lovers are more than welcome. WANT TO BRING YOUR DOG? This one bedroom apartment just outside the centre of Southampton is perfect for those needing a base for work or longer stays in mind. Perfect for someone on their own or a couple. Nearby there is an under ground car park (fees apply) and the apartment is waking distance to various take away's, small shops, Lidl etc. There are buses passing taking you into the city centre and the nearest train station is in Woolston itself. This ground floor apartment is very quiet and easily accessible.
