The house is a semi-detached house. Both sides separate for rent or together. The two parts are completely separate, only the terrace in front of it is built in, but it is separated by plants. Both house at the upstairs have bedrooms(2-2 room) and bathroom. At the Ground floor living room dining room with kitchen and a restroom. The kitchens are well equipped. Towels, bed linen avaiable. on the terrace have garden furniture. The bed in the living rooms can be opened on both sides.

Studio Park is located in the city center of Slovenia, in a part of the city known for its beautiful Art Nouveau buildings. Across the street from the apartment is a park with holiday benches and a children's playground. There's a Cafe Bar Cadillac next to the Park suite where you can have fun with rock music on weekends-it's free to enter the club. Bus and train station are five minutes walk from the Park Apartment. The old fortress is just a 10-minute walk from the Park suite.

The studio is newly renovated and fully equipped, air-conditioned and has free WiFi internet. If parking is required, it is mandatory to reserve it when booking the apartment (it is located in the underground garage of the bus station), and you will receive a card for free use.
