Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

A washing machine and dryer are also available. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Large common garden shared with homeowners.

Along several trails, you can hike straight into the nature reserve with breathtaking views, steep cliffs, babbling streams and lush greenery. Only 0.6 km to the sea at Hovs Hallar with swimming from sun-warmed slabs and steep cliffs.

The view here is magical. The cottage is divided into a sleeping loft with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. It also has a small, but well-equipped kitchen and washing machine.
