The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) without an elevator. Free outdoor parking. Garage available: NOK 150/day (fossil fuel) and NOK 200/day (electric, including charging). A discount for longer stays can be arranged. The apartment shares a common hallway with different entrance doors

Perfect for city and countryside holidays. 15 minutes by car to civilization or 20 minutes by train to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

PARKING: The free garage spot must be booked at the same time as the reservation of the apartment. There is a 200 meters walk. You can check in your luggage before parking. CURTAINS: There is a long pole to open loft windows and close loft window curtains. Use with caution. In the main bed room: Use the pillows in the couch to block out the sun from the circular window.
