The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) without an elevator. Free outdoor parking. Garage available: NOK 150/day (fossil fuel) and NOK 200/day (electric, including charging). To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.
