Welcome to a cozy little cottage (18 sqm) in a quiet place in the countryside. Two authentic breakfast options are offered with local ingredients The cottage has a kitchen with a stove, a combined bedroom/living room, and a bathroom. There is a patio in the morning sun. Bicycles, a grill, charcoal, and deck chairs are available. We have charming, lively chickens, ducks, quails, and a cat, as it should be in the countryside. 3.5 km to the bus to Norrtälje, Stockholm, and Grisslehamn. Close to Roslagsleden and nice swimming areas. 30–40 minutes by car to the ferry terminals for Åland/Finland.

Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

Huset har 3 sovrum, 2 vardagsrum samt ett badrum och ett kök. Berätta gärna hur många ni är samt vad ni har för planer med och under er vistelse. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Välkommen att bo i denna skärgårdsstuga i vackra Roslagen. Boendet ligger med några minuters promenad till badplats, Roslagsleden, naturreservat och fina löparspår. Precis utanför tomten finns en populär lekplats. Sovrummet har två sovplatser och bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet ytterligare två. Ni når Norrtälje centrum på 3 minuter med bil eller 15 minuter till fots. Nära till Kapellskär och utflykter till Åland. Huset kan tyvärr inte bokas för fester.

In the Roslagen archipelago, just 90 km from Stockholm, is this holiday home from the 60s (designed by the architect Kerstin Gåsste). The house, which is located in a classic, quiet vacation home area, is a 2-minute walk from the water. In the area, there is a child-friendly swimming area with both a sandy beach and a jetty. The house has 6 beds (newly purchased in 2022), a dining area for 6 people and a kitchen with china for up to 12 people.
