The apartment is 80 m2 and is centrally located right next to Fyllingsdalen terminal. Here you will find light rail, bus and shopping mall. There is also a shop in the apartment building. It is about 10 minutes to Bergen city center. The apartment also has parking space and charging possibility for electric car. The apartment is my home that I rent out while I am away for work. We are a family with 3 boys and a cat that rents out the lower floor. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults, possibly 1 child. We share the main entrance.The apartment has a small kitchen with dining area, fridge, hot plate and small oven. Separate bath and toilet. Bedroom with double bed (140 * 200) and sofa (sofa bed 140 * 200). Possibility to use washing machine. Free parking. Charging option for a fee. 10min walk to bus stop. Beach (Kyrkjetangen) 20min walk. Shopping option (Coop extra) 15min walk.

Exclusive cabin w/ boathouse, pier and boat rent.

The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. If you have a bag/ backpack walking is not a big problem. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.
