Newly renovated in 2024, now with high ceilings and an indoor shower. Cozy soldier's cottage, 25 m2. One room with 2 beds plus 1 bed in the sleeping loft, toilet, shower. AC hot/cold. Kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The cottage is cozily located, a bit secluded on a villa plot with a nice orchard. Fun, somewhat unusual plants in the garden. About 1.9 m ceiling height in the kitchen. Other areas have high ceilings. 2-3 minutes' walk to the pizzeria and ÖoB. Grocery store 2 km. 3.6 km to Färjestaden. 3.8 km from the Öland bridge.
