Cottage on a property with a quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (at Paradisverkstaden) with 500 meters to the swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with a bunk bed, top bunk 140 cm and bottom 120 cm. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave and electric stove and oven. Wi-Fi. Bathroom with washer/dryer. Buses go to Kalmar every 20 minutes. Bicycle ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in summer. Duvets and pillows are available, but not bed linens/towels. Smoking is not allowed. No animals.

The villa is large with a total of 230 m². There you can relax in the garden by the pond or in the west where you can enjoy lovely barbecue evenings. In the glazed greenhouse, you can sit for a long time and relax under the grapevines. Mediterranean atmosphere! There are six beds and an extra bed and two bathrooms. In a lush secluded location, yet central and close to Öland's nature, playground and shop, you will find our wonderful cottage. It has a lot of the old charm left, but many parts are renovated. On the property, there is a gazebo and several other natural patios with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The guest house has a living room and a bedroom with up to four beds and a bathroom with shower.
