Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with two beds, bunk bed, top bed 140cm and under a 120cm. In the kitchen there is fridge, freezer, microwave wave oven as well as electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. The bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

Washing machine , Shower and Toilet are included in the cottage. Quiet area with dead end street. 3 km from Öland Zoo. 1,5 km from the harbor with nice restaurants. Barbecue grill and terrace available. You'll clean up after yourself.

Sit back and relax in this elegant accommodation. In the cabin, there is the opportunity to enjoy beautiful surroundings and follow the sun at all hours of the day. With 2km to the beach, you can also enjoy a swim in Kalmarsund. Near to locally produced crops and sometimes even self-picking of strawberries☀️ About 3km to central Färjestaden you will find the harbour, restaurants and shopping. The house was built in 2024 and has everything you need to relax and have a wonderful holiday stay❤️🙏

Thank you for an enjoyable stay in Färjestaden. The property is close to the bridge and it is easy to get to both northern and southern Öland. Färjestaden offers a good swimming area with proximity to several restaurants.

We met up with friends at this place for a three-day getaway and were delighted by the experience. The house shines with an understated luxury but is also practical and spacious to live in. As we visited in August, I especially appreciated the air conditioning and the powerful fridge and freezer. We had a blast in the hot tub and on the patio, and when our gas for the grill ran out, Martin was there immediately. Our friends and their infant also felt very well accomodated. Thanks for the love and care that went into this place; we appreciate it!

We were warmly welcomed by the managers and given a tour of the house upon arrival. The house is very nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort including a hot tub in the garden. Wonderful beds! The house is quietly located in a residential area and is centrally located in front of activities on the island.

Me and 5 more friends stayed at Hanna's house while we visited Öland. Hanna was the most helpful and understanding host, communication was great before and during our stay. She could accommodate flexible check in and out. Her house is gorgeous, modern but still feeling very cozy and the garden is extremely well kept and totally private. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had all the tools we needed to cook and barbecue. We had a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend!

Nice and nicely decorated house where you felt at home right away. Tasteful and welcoming. Wonderful that bikes were included and was available. Nice welcome and we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend!
