Guest cottage 45 sqm, 2 km from the centre of Örnsköldsvik. One bedroom with two single beds, kitchen, dining area, TV area with sofa bed (120 cm) and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Extra bed and baby cot are available. Let me know if you need any bedding. Equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, TV etc. WiFi and parking available. This newly built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure bath, Pardiset.

Relaxation with a lake view

On a small hill with lake view is the beautiful yellow house. Here you can relax wonderfully and watch deer and reindeer at breakfast. Up to 5 people can be accommodated in our house, the beautiful kitchen, the cozy fireplace and the beautiful surroundings offer the opportunity to switch off. Hiking and fishing enthusiasts, cross-country skiers and alpine skiers also have plenty to discover in the area. In summer the lake offers welcome cooling and from Oct - March you can see the northern lights dancing

Relax in this peaceful place, close to everything that can be experienced in the High Coast area. The house is located high, surrounded by pine forest and berries (season) .Outside the door you can reach walking paths, viewpoints and fireplaces for excursions. Within walking distance you have canoe rental and a homestead with café. Nearby there are also lakes for swimming and fishing, restaurant Strutsfarmen, Fjällräven Outlet and Friluftcentral. It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

Welcome to our newly built loft. Here you live on top of our garage, with its own entrance and views of Höglandssjön and the central parts of Örnsköldsvik. Between each guest, we check the cleaning and we want you as a guest to leave it in the same condition as you found it. Soap, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing accessories are available. Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee of SEK 80 per person per stay.
