The outdoor area is peaceful and rich in content and there is a large terrace with a gas barbecue as well as a play apparatus for the children. There is parking right at the door and the possibility of charging an electric car.

Retreat and enjoy the serenity as you sit and look out over the ocean. Naustet Kvalvika is located right on the seafront, sheltered from traffic and noise. Lower your shoulders and listen to the sound of the waves. On the rocks and beaches around Naustet there are many great places to settle in. How about coffee mug around the fire pit while you watch the sun set? It is a 12 min drive from Åfjord city center and out to us. Guest dock available if you come by boat. Kayak and sup board available for rent upon request.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil place to stay. In walking distance to the fast boat dock with calls from Kristiansund/Brekstad/Trondheim as well as parking if you bring a car. Grocery a short walk away. Lovely views and opportunities for nearby hikes. Small bench with kettle, fridge, microwave and dining area. Note: There is no hot plate/oven in the apartment! Cabin 50 m from the waterfront, with beautiful views. Lots of hiking opportunities both on the water and in the surrounding area. Good fishing opportunities. The cabin is not far from our farm where we have sheep, chickens, cats and dogs. In the bedroom there is a bunk bed where 2 small children can sleep and a large double bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
