Beautiful stone house, Montmelas

Très belle maison en pierres sur deux niveaux, mitoyenne d'un côté refaite à neuf. En dessous du château de Montmelas, au coeur du hameau en pierres dorées au charme fou. Venez vous ressourcer, faire des randonnées dans le beaujolais, visiter le château, gouter les vins du terroir. Très belle vue sur le beaujolais et sur la vallée de la Saône. Lieu très calme et paisible. Tranquillité assurée dans ce petit hameau. Vous pouvez vous promener dans le parc du château . Garer vous devant la maison.

Historically, this is the second oldest house in the village, dating back to 1635. A unique and peaceful newly renovated property nestled in the heart of the golden stone region, it's just 10 minutes from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 40 minutes from Lyon. The house was built in the 17th century by a lord of the Order of Malta to establish his own village. A private outdoor area is available for your use, complete with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a barbecue (please bring your own charcoal)

You will be staying in the heart of Beaujolais in the beautiful village of Theizé. Character building dating from the Napoleonic era in golden stones with independent entrance and car parking. 35 m² room with kitchen, living room, sleeping area, shower room and toilet. You will have at your disposal toaster, coffee maker, microwave combined oven, refrigerator... outdoor area with table and barbecue. Ideally located for lovers of hiking, biking, running. For the lucky ones: views of Mont Blanc!

We welcome you to the 3L gite, a recent gite adapted for people with reduced mobility located in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, in a green and quiet setting. Composed of a living room with sofa, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 beds, a shower room, outdoor terrace with table, chairs, barbecue and deckchairs. Wi-Fi, parking spaces in the courtyard, linens and towels provided. We don't allow gatherings or parties.

Appartement rénové de 50m2 au rdc de notre maison (où nous vivons) mais il est indépendant, il dispose d’un accès direct à notre jardin et à notre piscine( à partager). A 5 mn de l’A6, idéal pour une halte reposante en point de départ pour la découverte du pays beaujolais : ses paysages, sa gastronomie, randonnées, 800 m du complexe sportif l’escale... ou pour découvrir Lyon.Le logement est pour 4. Pas de fête , fiançailles, anniversaire, mariage…

The sleeping area is an easily convertible and very comfortable sofa bed. Parking on site. Patrick, a former winemaker, can help you discover the natural wines of Beaujolais. The location is quiet and good for hiking. Possibility of adding a single bed.
