The gateway to the Elz Valley in the Black Forest and the world-famous Glotter Valley is the small “Slow City” Waldkirch. In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. Set on a wooden deck, at the bottom of our farm and in the heart of the alpaca park, come and recharge your batteries in a place as harmonious as it is aesthetic. At night, comfortably installed in your bed, admire the fascinating spectacle of the twinkling stars, and vibrate to the sounds of nature.

The ecologically built wood-clay house, our "root house" on the Wurzelhof, with a view of the "Black Forest National Park" in the heart of the national park offers guests coziness and tranquility. The house and the region allow us to look at our roots - at what is really important... The restful sleep in a pleasant environment makes you fit and ready to enjoy the surrounding nature or to plunge into the hustle and bustle of the nearby cities of Baden-Baden or Strasbourg.

Landluft Vacation Rental

Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house in 1890. The small village of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feed goats or hike together, cuddly hangovers and all kinds of more.
