The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. There are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping in the area. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including a dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). The apartment also includes a new, modern bathroom with a large shower cubicle.
