The 1400 House - A 3 bed / 2 bath home in the center of everything Missoula has to offer. This home has been completely remodeled inside and out. It is very comfortable for up to 6 guests. The home is fully furnished and decorated featuring the work of local Montana artists and craftspersons. Outside, you will find a large, perfectly landscaped yard and a large concrete patio. There is a lot of off street parking. The house has central heat and air conditioning and an on demand hot water heater

If you're looking for an authentic rustic Montana cabin experience with modern amenities, this is your place!! Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
