Holiday rentals with a patio in Blackheath, Greater London

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment has a stunning view of the city, is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the DLR (railway). In addition the host was very kind and responsive to my questions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Had a brilliant stay in Abbie's lovely apartment - clean, cosy, and full of character. I stayed for a short trip ahead of the London marathon and it had everything I needed: short walk to Greenwich, great kitchen, easy check in/out, and the piano is a bonus!

Staying at Giuliano’s place was honestly the best decision we could’ve made — hands down the best value for the price! The apartment has so much style and character, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The location was perfect: surrounded by amazing restaurants and super easy to get around thanks to the excellent public transportation options nearby. We’d stay at Giuliano’s apartment again a thousand times over. Thank you so much for everything — can’t wait to come back!

It was amazing really good recommend staying! A beautiful place with everything we could need, from fresh linens and towels to a little desk for work as needed to dishes cookware and even some oils and spices. the bed was so comfortable! and big. Daniel welcomed us with chocolates (and special ones for Easter!) as well as a nice bottle of wine. He was super responsive when we had questions throught the booking and staying process. Daniel proactively offered us a discount because there was construction that prevented us from using the terrace---- so thoughtful of him to do and since we were out all day the construction didn't bother us at all. the neighborhood is amazing. so easy to get to multiple tube lines, restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. highly higly recommend!

Our stay at Vilmas place was great. We were able to book day of after an inconvenience with another stay. Vilma was very responsive and flexible getting us into her place within a couple hours of booking. The house is bright, relaxing and served as a great home base as we visited London to root on a loved one running the marathon. A quick 5 minute walk to the DLR allowed for efficient transportation to central London. Would highly recommend!

Simply outstanding! The house is cozy with quality fittings, bed and linen. Fully equipped for all your needs, with off street parking, which is a true bonus in the area. Impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated. What really made our stay remarkable is our host, Natalia! Seamless communication and clear instructions were just a start! Her hosting truly shined when not only allowed but encouraged us to have our family over for a drink and dinner and fully enjoy what the house and garden have got to offer. I also managed to accidentally lock my entire family out of the house (door locks shut when closed). Natalia sent someone to our rescue who arrived in less than 10 minutes! On Easter weekend! Natalia really went above and beyond to make sure our stay is true home from home experience! Thank you, Natalia!!!

A friend and I stayed here whilst we went to a convention at Excel. It was perfectly situated being just a 10min walk away. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The host was friendly and accommodating, and was also very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great place to stay and a good price if you pay for the extra package

We were lucky to stay at this lovely place second time and this is the best recommendation !!! We are travelling a lot and it is the first Air B&B we wanted to stay again, because everything works for us, house is clean, spacious and well organised, highly recommend!!!

We were lucky enough to visit Victoria’s beautiful home around my husband’s 40th birthday. We wanted a treat - and wow did it deliver! The house is huge, really spacious and brilliant for us, my parents and both of our children. They kindly left a cot for us to use if we wanted it and a high chair - plus a gorgeous selection of children’s books. The day bed was the perfect height for my toddler too (2.5). But the view !! The kitchen backs on to the most beautiful garden and it was enough for us to just sit and watch the trees with a glass of rosé or for my son to watch the squirrels eating the neighbours’ cherries ! With the odd parakeet flying past too. We are very into our food and it was incredibly well stocked for our passion (!), we loved cooking here and the perfect set up for a BBQ too. It was perfect in every way! We didn’t want to leave. We also found the Perry Hill pub brilliant for dinner with our son as it has a playground - just a 15 minute walk away.

Absolutely stunning house with lots of space, spotlesly clean amenities, located on a peaceful road 5 mins walk from the train station. We particularily enjoyed the garden, the games room and a beautifully designed living room with a projector and a massive screen. The top bedroom has a beautiful view on the Eltham church. The host was friendly, very responsive and flexible. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property we had a great time there - highly reccomended.

Would absolutely recommend this place and would hopefully like to stay again in the future! The house is immaculate! Walkable distance to cute cafes (Sweet Carolina stood out for us) and markets. A bus ride away from the Thameslink! Really excellent and high standard finishes, quooker tap with sparkling water was a standout. The house also had a really peaceful feel to it and the downstairs blends outdoor indoor living which was super cool. Overall a really comfortable stay

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

The flat is located in good location for touring London and Hip is very friendly in giving local area advices! We had a bit trouble getting in but Hip responded quickly despise it was already past 9pm! The flat is quite cozy. The only downside is no lift with two suitcases, which has been stated in the info. All and all, would recommend!

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

This was a perfect place for my fiancée and I to spend a few days exploring London. We took a ~15 minute walk to the New Cross Gate station every day and took a ~1hr train into the center of the city—if you are like us, the public transportation was so comprehensive and efficient that it was a fun way to start every morning. This spot was a great way to experience a quieter part of the city with less tourism that’s still safe and fun. It was easy to find, quiet, clean, and a very pleasant space. Our host was polite, helpful and responsive. When we return to the city we will absolutely be booking again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Ye’s place. It is situated in a quiet residential area, about a 4 or 5 minute walk to the local bus stop(s) and slightly longer to the Charlton train station. There are a number of bus routes, but the one we took regularly was the 380 bus to Lewisham, and along the way to the Lewisham Rail Station and the Shopping Centre, there are a few other neighbourhoods with cafes and shops. The bus journey to Lewisham takes about 20 mins or so. We would also walk to the Greenwich/Charlton Shopping Complex which has large box stores galore, including major supermarkets and a Costa Coffee Shop and Starbucks. Ye’s place has a nice kitchen, an ample family/dining area and quiet bedrooms to retreat from the family area (only if you so desire) which is well lit by natural sunlight through the skylights above. Ye is approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
