Such a lovely home and a wonderful location which was 3 minute walk to the city centre. The train station on the doorstep. So convenient. The TV was set up with Netflix and all the other main stream apps ready to watch on really good sized smart TVs and the internet for brilliant The parking permits where waiting for us arrival Thanks Aaron for your hospitality.

We had a perfect stay in Jane’s flat. It was a great base for exploring Lancaster and conveniently located close to the train station (a 5 min walk). The flat was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two adults and two children under 5. We really appreciated the welcoming touches (croissants, homemade jam!) and family friendliness (basket of toys, books, binoculars for watching the garden birds). Despite being on a main road, the flat is very quiet and peaceful. Although you can’t access the garden, we’d recommend Storey Gardens across the road which is a beautiful green space for kids to play or to have a picnic. The cafe right next door, Tuck, has great coffee, fancy pastries and delicious food - we popped in every day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we visit Lancaster.

We had a lovely second trip to Grace's gorgeous house. Cannot recommend a stay here enough. Great family living room and dinning room. Most of us enjoyed a dip in the hot tub, before we were rained off. We will probably be back next year! Thank you for letting us stay here again Grace 😀

Beautiful house with very spacious rooms and a pretty outdoor area with seating. Plenty of refreshments to choose from. I stayed with my indoor cats for 2 nights and they relaxed straight away too! Located just outside the town centre, but you wouldn’t realise this as it was so peaceful. Would definitely recommend Jo, the house and location. Fabulous.

Lovely hosts who made me feel welcome. The bath made my weekend. Some nice little touches that stood out like the LEDs in the hallway and the little light next to the key lock.

Debi and Mark were extremely helpful in making our stay over a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Everything was exactly how it was described and more…Thanks so much for all the helpful information and cannot wait to come back.

Came up from Somerset to watch the rugby with my brother. Had a really nice stay and would highly recommend it.

Excellent location right by the castle. Very quiet when we were there in the evening/overnight. High standard accomodation. Easy parking. Excellent communication with Brian at all times. Would highly recommend.

Glen’s place is very cosy, clean, responsive host and even provided my daughter a reference for her permanent place as glen’s place is not available and long term - this is an extra gesture -we r grateful - thank u glen very near to train station and busses will start again glen’ put his heart to his job keep it up and i an grateful xxx

Fantastic property and host. First class communication. House was immaculate and in a peaceful location but with great links to Manchester, Preston, Blackburn, Wigan and further afield. If staying in the area again I will definitely check availability here first before booking anything else.

Perfect place to stay for a larger group. Short easy drive into the centre of Liverpool. Great price and nice, clean place to stay.

Ideal place for us for a day out at Morecambe golf club. Place was exactly as described, perfect for our needs, with clear instructions and expectations. Very helpful host with recommendations on where to eat as well.

Accomadation was as described and well located for all the local attractions, I would definatly use again,. "excelent " Anyone visiting there is a carpark on Bath Road (approx 500 metres ) away for £3 allday parking Steve

Great place, with fab public transport links & easy parking right outside. Broadly as described/shown, (some minor changes in furniture on a couple of rooms), all 5 beds were comfy for a good nights sleep & the kitchen facilities were perfect for our requirements. Just wish there was more than 1 bathroom, but what we had easily met our needs!

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and was a short walk from the town centre. Wendy was very easy to reach throughout our stay and even went out of her way to offer us early check in and late check out. We couldn't have found a better apartment in Lancaster and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place here.

Fantastic host very welcoming chatty and friendly, the house was warm and clean and everything just as you expect. I stayed for work and the location was close enough so that I could walk in with was perfect.

Super clean with great facilities! Very good communication. Friendly and professional. There were cheaper options but not available. Would recommend.
