The accommodation is self-contained, and is constructed to a very high standard, with thick insulation, electric heating and double glazing to all rooms. Much of the hot water is solar heated. It is comfortably fitted out with neutral colours, and the kitchen area is well equipped, with fridge. Outside, there is a decking area with table and chairs.

Braebrook SeaView overlooks Aberporth and Cardigan Bay. Join the nearby public footpath leading you onto the Coastal Path to Aberporth beach and beyond to Tresaith, Llangrannog, New Quay. The buses pass the front of the property or you can walk down the road to the local facilities which include restaurants, takeaways & public houses.
