We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. Thank you so much guys 🙏🏻 X

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

A really lovely stay in a great location. Lots to do in local area and so close to the centre of Holt. Great to gather the family together there. Hosts were responsive to any questions we had and the house itself is really well appointed with the pool table being a highlight. An addition of a barbecue and some outside chairs would be great but that it is not to take away anything from the overall experience we had. Rooms are all good size and the kitchen has all that you would need. Thank you for a really good stay. In an ideal world checkout would be at 11 as 10 on a Sunday felt very early!

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying in this cosy cottage. The location was perfect with nearby access to paths leading to the peaceful shingle beach. As Cley is a small village it was an easy walk to the George & Dragon pub ... best food and super outdoor space! ... the amazing Picnic Fayre deli, Made in Cley pottery, art gallery and infamous smokehouse full of delicious fish and seafood treats. The cottage had everything we needed ... comfy beds, great shower with plenty of hot water, cosy lounge with window seat, well stocked kitchen and small outdoor seating area. We'd definitely return to this lovely place ... clearly a well loved cottagey family home.

Lovely, spacious, well equipped property for our family get together. Lots to do for all ages in the area and the property is in a great location for visiting them.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Sanderlings in Weybourne. The house was immaculate and looks even better than the photos, and we particularly enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden. It is just a short walk to the village pub and shop, and a further 10 minutes or so to the beach. We were particularly impressed with the detailed online instructions from the hosts that gave us all the information that we required for our stay. Highly recommended!

Stephanie’s house was spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished. She communicated well and had thought of everything we would need including a snacks basket. The village of Binham beautiful and the nearby priory great for a visit. Highly recommended.

What a lovely weekend away! Such an incredible location was able to walk everywhere. Lovely home and stay, super comfortable and homely. What an introduction to Norfolk 5/5. Amazing host and home!

Moira's place is delightful! It has the most beautiful garden and views across the fields. The home is very comfortable and has everything needed for a great stay. There is lots to do in the area. Great walking and bird watching, plus you can drive to amazing places very easily.

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Caroline is a wonderful host. She is a good communicator, the house was beautiful, clean and she even left a welcome pack for us. We felt very lucky to have found such a good holiday venue with amazing views of the marshes and beach beyond. Our dogs loved the house and settled immediately (unusual) and we all enjoyed the garden.

We had a fantastic week at Gus’s property. The garden was fabulous with a large area for my toddler to run around, as was the property itself with its tall ceilings, and general luxurious feel to the place. We loved Norfolk, the weather was fab and we were near lots of local villages and the coast. Will remember this property in future for if we visit again! Thanks again Gus

Woodcutters cottage was a wonderful place to stay . Great location for exploring Norfolks beaches , towns and Norwich city . The cottage was tastefully decorated and absolutely pristine, which was well equipped. It was a lovely place to relax after a day out and about with very comfortable beds for a restful sleep. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely be back . Thank you ☺️

Perfect for exploring the North Norfolk coast, this functional yet luxurious house is a short walk to the brilliant Wells restaurants and beach. The house is well stocked and perfect for two couples, and most importantly equipped with an EV charger setup that works perfectly. Gaenor was very responsive, welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and the house was beautiful and tastefully furnished. The garden was great for our dog too. Would definitely recommend! It was half an hour drive to the coast but was nearby some quaint towns, which are all well worth a visit!
