You will hear noise from the main house during non quiet hours and I will be doing various chores and coming and going through the yard.

About 20 minutes to Bellingham, Sedro Woolley, and Burlington, 15 minutes to Galbraith Mountain, and an hour to Mt. Baker. 20 minutes to popular Bow/Edison.
