Amazing, well-equipped & clean Airbnb with super responsive and nice hosts! The village is really cute and walking distance. Proximity to Nice airport is a huge plus!

Absolutely phenomenal view from the Villa! It’s a bit of a trek to get up to it but it sure is worth it. Perfect for a big family or a group of friends.

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

The most unique Airbnb experience you’ll ever have! I do think it would be worth mentioning that staying here involves a LOT of stairs - both to get to the place and since the house is set over four stories. It was a bit of a struggle dragging all of our luggage there. But it was all worth it! The place is newly renovated and clean. We very much enjoyed getting to know the (very) old Menton and living here gave us such an authentic experience! If you’re sporty and up for an adventure this is the place for you!

A gem in the middle of nature facing the sea in a very beautiful property The owners are lovely, always taking care of us and listening to us, The house is arranged with great taste, small touches everywhere!! Menton still reflects the good old Côte d'Azur and stands out very positively towards the neighboring towns. The house is very quiet, but only sporty walking distance. For 4 people, the house is completely sufficient, since we were there in June, we enjoyed the new air conditioners very much.

This was one of our favorite AirBnB stays. The location is perfect. It’s right on the Promenade and only a 2-3 minute walk to either the tram or bus station. The house is beautifully decorated with large bedrooms and living areas…something that is hard to find in Europe. Leo was very responsive to our questions and all of his instructions were clear. Don’t look any further, just book this one. We had a lovely vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb! The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

A magical view! It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of Menton, but you can still hear the waves from the beach at night. We spent hours watching the super yachts in the bay and the people on the beach. It’s a strenuous walk back up the hill but completely worth it knowing that that view awaits you.

Jean-Pierre is a very friendly and responsive host. We had a lovely time in his authentic villa with big garden and nice pool. It was as enjoyable for us, as for our dog 🐕 Victor, with the big park adjoining the garden.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

A real holiday home, warm and functional, as you don't see much anymore on AirBnb! The decoration is really neat, there is everything you need to cook and the view from the room is beautiful. We visited the area in 3 days without a car, the accommodation is accessible by the Vintimile bus. Thank you Maria, we would definitely recommend it!
