It is a large independent studio of 50 m2 with balcony, located on the 1st floor of a villa, which is our main residence. It is located 5 minutes walk from the historic center, but is very quiet sinceit overlooks an enclosed garden of 2500m2. Parking on site in a fenced area. Part of the garden (about 300 m2) is reserved for you. Uzès is a beautiful, pleasant city, located 15 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 40 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from the Camargue and beaches and 1 hour from the Cevennes.

120 m2 vaulted apartment composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 2 large adjoining bedrooms, with bathroom and shower room (each with toilet) and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

Our apartment is in the heart of Uzes, close to the shops and restaurants.
