Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

We slept here for 2 nights, we were on our way to Italy. It was a wonderful house for this! Everything was super clean, new and tidy. Everything was thought of. We came here with our toddler (3yrs) and toddler (1yr). They had a wonderful time in the big room with all the toys, while mom and dad had a drink on the balcony. Really a lovely cottage. In terms of environment, not much to do for us as a family. 2 nights were more than enough. Elias and his wife were both super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended

It was a very nice stay in nature from A-Z. We were there with 3 children, there is enough space and in the house was everything you need. The nature, peace and views are particularly noteworthy. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Romano was always helpful and proactively asked if we needed any kind of help he was there for us. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for the unforgettable days

Idyllic and peaceful setting. Well equipped chalet with all necessities accessible by a driveable road and a dirt road. Nadia is a helpful host who helped us with our luggage and transport the cage of our parrot as my car was too low for the path to the cottage. Nadia's only neighbor was welcoming and offered us plums from her trees. The cheese and sausage from the farm are excellent. We spent 4 days with our 2 dogs and parrot peaceful and relaxing in the heart of nature.

Paolo and Monica are excellent and generous hosts. They respected our privacy and at the same time were always on hand when we needed something. This traditional house is characterful, simply furnished but comfortable, and gives a strong sense of having been a family home. There is a lovely view of the valley from the outside seating area. Ponto Valentino is an unspoilt, peaceful and attractive village with several signposted footpaths on the doorstep. There is no shop in the village but with a car or by using the reliable bus service, this is not a problem. On arrival, the kitchen had adequate provisions for the first evening meal. There is no wi-fi in the house, but the hosts offered access to theirs.

An unforgettable two weeks in a beautiful place with amazing mountain views. Every day is a new experience, as we found unique places within short distances. Peace and quiet, a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house was impeccable, the large terrace, the equipment was really good - we didn't miss anything. The only downside: very poor interior lighting. We recommend and would love to come back.
