Discover a blend of comfort and convenience at our home, in the middle of the Coast between Noosa (30 mins north) and Caloundra (in the south). Whether you’re here for a getaway, an event or business, our place offers everything you need. The fully self contained house is bright, airy and well equipped. We’re a 200m stroll from Maroochy River, a few minutes by car from Mudjimba beach, & Mooloolaba & its restaurants are 16kms. Maroochy airport is 5 mins drive, and Aust Zoo is 25mins away.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Just ten minutes from the lovely tourist town of Montville and just 20 minutes to some of the finest beaches on the sunshine coast. Enjoy the peace and tranquility, unwind whilst surrounded by the sounds of the bush, birdsong and the gentle sounds of our farm animals. The studio is also fully equipped, including air conditioning for those hot summer days.

Cabin is located on a 50 acre hobby farm with goats and cattle,cabin paddock is approx 5 acres fenced with dog wire so dogs can have free reign of if you would like to even bring your horse,there is good riding 10 min away.
