Vrijstaand stenen huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy, fijne zithoekjes en prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje loopt u zo naar het strand voor een frisse duik, door weilanden of het bos. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Het huis met houtkachel staat in een klein gehucht bij het Lac de Pannecière in het Natuurpark de Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft schitterende sterrenhemels.

Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

At the gates of Morvan

Relax in this small house attached to our main house which has just been completely renovated internally. Its warm side will allow you to have a good time, it has the particularity of having a bedroom as well as a mezzanine under a slope so the ceilings are low on the upper floor and the small access door to the bedroom will require that you can bend down to access it… We provide bed linen and towels.

Comfortable cabin for a stay surrounded by nature.

Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

In the heart of Burgundy a luscious rural location offers views stretching as far as the eye can see! The perfect cottage to kick-back and relax! Exposed oak beams and enormous flagstones. Comfort and style in equal measure. A brand new house in an old barn, surrounded by nature with magnificent views and everything you need for a pleasant stay alone, as a couple or with children. A few meters from the vacation rental, a cabin in the trees can accommodate two additional travelers. We provide the essentials for your stay: bed linens, towels and toilet paper. You will have Wi-Fi in the cottage.
