De vakantiewoning is gelegen aan de dorpsweide Wijk aan Zee en ligt op loopafstand (10 minuten) van het strand en de zee. De woning is standaard geschikt voor twee personen, tegen toeslag uit te breiden tot max. 4 pers., en bestaat uit een woonkamer gecombineerd met keuken, aparte toilet en een aparte badkamer en op de verdieping 4 slaapplaatsen. De woning beschikt over eigen parkeervoorzieningen.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Mooie ruim verblijf voor 2 personen, er is ook een slaapbank voor eventueel 4 personen. Eigen parkeerplaats op de oprit. Gezellig buiten zitje , waar vanaf de vroege middag de zon schijnt. Rustige buurt. Complete ingerichte keuken. Een hond toegestaan. Niet roken binnen. Honden welkom, 5 euro phpn. Toeristenbelasting 3,30 euro pppn .

The studio is just 20 meters from the Spaarne river. The Droste Boulevard is a car-free zone and located on the former premises of the famous Droste Chocolate Factory. Behind the studio there is free parking. The studio has a private entrance, private shower and toilet and one room with a kingsize bed and an extra sleeping couch for 2 persons. Kom overnachten in de oude Wilhelminaschool uit 1884. In een rustige straat ligt ons gebouw dat ooit als school werd gebouwd, toen als Brandweerkazerne fungeerde en waar wij nu mogen wonen. Dit derde klaslokaal is met veel liefde en geduld opgeknapt en is nu omgetoverd tot een knusse Loft van 70m2. Omdat de ruimte een open trap en vrij open balustrade heeft is het appartement niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kids vanaf 7 jaar zijn welkom.

So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.
