Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bloemfontein

Heerlik gebly, kon lekker kosmaak en het sommer tuis gevoel. Die kaggel was 'n bonus vir die koue Vrystaat, asook die warmkomberse en verwarmer. Lekker ruim en netjiese woning. Kon nie help om die sandput met speellorrie raak te sien nie...het my sommer laat verlang na ons kleintjies. Sal verseker weer daar gaan bly!!!

What a lovely place! My best friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Lieze is such an amazing host. Clear communication throughout and very caring. Everything was perfect! We wish to return as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful overnight stay here and would absolutely recommend it. We were unfortunately delayed on our drive from Cape Town to Bloemfontein due to a major accident on the N1, which set us back by about five hours. Despite the very late hour, the host kindly stayed up until almost midnight to welcome us and make sure we got checked in safely and comfortably. They even went the extra mile by moving us to a different room so our young daughter could go straight to bed without needing to set up the pull-out couch — such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated after a long and tiring journey. The accommodation itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It's conveniently located near shops, petrol stations, and takeout options, and it’s also super easy to hop back onto the N1 if you’re travelling between Cape Town and Johannesburg. All in all, a great stay with an incredibly considerate hosts!

We had an incredible stay! The accommodation was luxe, clean more than what we paid for. We booked a different unit, however Susan upgraded us free of charge and therefore we had a whole house to ourselves! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Good neighbourhood as well, felt very safe.

This place was perfect for an overnight stay after driving for hours. Every convenience you could ever need in a house! Our car had a garage which was great for packing in and out. It was super cold in Bloem, but this house was well equipped with heaters, heating blankets and extra blankets! It was super cozy! The house was also very clean and tidy with good looking, clean furniture. Beds were super comfy and I felt completely safe and sound. We had a selection of lekker restaurants to choose from in the area and within 3 minutes of home. Lieze was super helpful when we needed to sort car problems in Bloem with a time limit.

We had a lovely stay at Karlien’s place. The house was spacious and perfect for our family getaway. We especially enjoyed the cosy indoor fireplace and the outdoor braai area. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were spotless. The home gets plenty of natural sunlight, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches—from the quality bed linen, fluffy white towels and calming white interiors to the beautiful scent in the house. The area felt safe and peaceful. Highly recommended for large families that want space and comfort!

This is the perfect place to be when visiting around Bloemfontein. The host is super friendly and accommodating. The place was accurately described and matched the photos and it was clean. The place is really amazing.

My family and I had a quick stay at Boitumelo’s place and will definitely return whenever we are passing through. Great, friendly host and he went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable. Great stay, bed was like sleeping in the clouds. Kevin & Pedro are clearly passionate about their place. All you need to feel at home is in the unit. Would highly recommend their place to anyone.

Gabbys guesthouse is a world in itself! Walking into her place is similar to walking into a mystical palace with so much you’d wanna see and do. Kevin and her warmth is the most beautiful part of it all! We recommend everyone to stop over at Bloemfontein just to experience her Guest house. It’s beautiful and so is she!

Anja, Braam's wife, was very warm and welcoming. She helped us manage the dogs well so there was no anxiety about that! She even brought us booking water for coffee this morning when there was load shedding! Braam shared a G. Maps Pin location which made directions and communication very easy. Peaceful place in a beautiful setting. Baie dankie, ons sal terug wees!
