Morning sun pours through expansive glass panes, a free standing fireplace and solid wood floors help keep it warm in winter. A 20 minute drive gets you to Nottingham Road shops and restaurant

The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

The fisherman's cottage is situated right on the water's edge and has a panoramic view of the dam and indigenous forest. The cottage is centrally located on the Midlands Meander in the Balgowan area, and is close to popular restaurants and wedding venues.
