The house is of older date and interior renovated in 2020 and includes new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, fridge and microwave, dining room, living room with wood-burning stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace elevated above terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The plot has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which to enjoy the sea view/sunset.
