1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. This is a beautiful bustling area with a variety of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding streets! On top of that, Forsyth Park is less than 10 minutes walk! No children under 12 or pets allowed in our property.
