Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bloomingdale

This place was exactly as described and in an amazing location! It was so convenient to explore the different districts and feel like a local! Brendan was incredibly responsive and had an incredible list of recommendations while we were there!

This was the perfect stay for me, my husband, and our 1 year old! I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! It is decorated beautifully, was extremely clean, had easy access to the beach, and was perfectly located on the island close to Kroger (5 minutes away, if that), awesome restaurants, and plenty of bike paths. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook a meal very easily with what was there. The resort has several pools indoor and outdoor as well as a kiddie pool that was a hit with our toddler. The beach is a beautiful 10 minute walk along a boardwalk overlooking the marshes - just bring some comfy sandals as you walk to the beach and it’s totally fine. :-) We had the best time! This is our 3rd time visiting HHI and this was hands down the best rental we’ve used. We will be back for sure!

Our stay for 10 days in the end of May was great as we expected. Host Brandy was easy to communicate when we had questions. And that rental space was enough for 2 adult people and had everything that usually people need. Location is close to the beach which was important to us,- about 7 min. walking with beach chair on the back, even without beach cart. Bike rental was very close too. And fantastic beach in Hilton Head together with warm ocean, - what else could we wish for vacation?

Our stay was only a short weekend for a wedding. We did not get to enjoy the pool or beach. No issues with stay except the back half of the villa was much warmer than the front half. The bunk room with 3 adult children had 3 tower fans and they said the night was okay. Father In law was happy being warmer since he’s always cold. Overall it was a great location close to rehearsal dinner and wedding venue.

We had a great time. The place was very clean and centrally located. Gloria was great and stayed in touch.

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

Great stay! In building three with an indoor pool, hot tubs, arcade and more. Nicely decorated and had everything needed. Theresa was very responsive and accommodating.

We can't say enough about the Cottage on Waight! It was immaculate & has eveything you need( and more) for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was extremely well appointed & everything you could need to cook a great meal . It even had some nice snacks, a variety of coffees & teas, spices condiments and more. The home had ample bathroom supplies... including cotton balls, qtips- even finger nail polish remover! You really didn't need a thing. Complete supply of cleaning supplies and laundry stuff. There are several outdoor spaces... we enjoyed the screen porch during a thunderstorm & the patio in the eveningsv that were unseasonably cool. They must use some type of pest control services because there were no bugs- inside or out! One of the best things is it's walkability- the great neighborhood for walking w/ many homes being remodeled or newly built. Less than a mile easy walk into downtown Beaufort with sidewalks everywhere. The Spanish Moss Trail is close & a must do esp w/ dogs!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jacquelyn’s space. The interior layout is open and bright. The kitchen is beautiful. The backyard has so much charm with a few fruit trees. Our kids loved this place and they felt right at home. The location is very convenient. We walked to everything. We had a great time!

The Jones Carriage house was a great place to stay for our weekend trip with our two labradoodles. Staying in a location full of rich history was a unique, fun experience as well as comfortable with modern amenities. The location was so centrally located we could walk everywhere and enjoyed how safe we felt walking our dogs late at night and early mornings. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and we would certainly recommend!

I loved this place. It combined convenience - so close to the beach and other HH activities - and seclusion. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with every amenity needed and I loved the screened porch. Suzanne was communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything we needed. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was easy and prompt, and they offered great local tips too. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Kris was an amazing host and her house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to both riverwalk and downtown but on a quiet street across from the square. Our family had a wonderful weeklong visit and Kris gave some great local recommendations. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The home is made for larger groups so we could easily host some friends for dinner along with our party of 5. Street parking was available right in front most of the week and we were there over a holiday weekend and SCAD graduation. Thank you Kris for making our week so easy.

Wonderful location with a second floor view of the ocean! Everything you will need for your vacation is there. Easy walk to the beach or the marsh. Definitely the best value for our family of two on Fripp!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a gorgeous garden area during the morning as well as in the evening. A garden you would hope to stay in while visiting Savannah. The inside was just as nice. Plenty of space and comfortable surroundings. We are delighted that we found this spot!

Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing. The house was clean and free of clutter, the coffee maker was easy to use, the kitchen amenities were as advertised. The home was welcoming and cool upon arrival and it was easy to get into the home. The instructions were clear and the book provided was an amazing help. Nothing went awry in the home and we will be booking again. The host was responsive and always willing to help. She afforded us to check-in earlier and we were blown away. The bedrooms were beautiful and the home was very aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was close to a grocery store and our event destination. Again it was an overall amazing experience and when we visit again we hope to book you again. Thank you all for everything.

While we only had the pleasure of staying here for one night, we would absolutely return for longer! Jaime and Marie’s place was absolutely adorable. It looked just like the pictures, had all the things you and your family could need for a beach trip, and had the most comfortable beds! The decor was picture perfect and looked brand new. Jaime and Marie were extremely responsive to all my questions and were very kind. I had a billing concern early on and they were quick to help problem solve it for me. Hilton Head is our favorite place and we come every year. We are thankful to have found a new spot we can add to our list for places to stay. Great location, peaceful, and a real hidden gem. This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

This was a great place to stay. It is very convenient to have beach assess and the pool just steps away. In addition, having restaurants on site was very convenient!

Our stay was great and as expected! It's a cheap option to stay on Hilton Head right by the beach with the option to use the pool as well.

We had a great stay here! The house is comfortable, close to the pool & beach, with lots of beach accessories available to use. Check In/Out was easy and when I did reach out to ask a question the response was prompt.

Super place. Spacious, clean, steps from the bike path and about 1/4 mile from beach.
