Use of washer, dryer, and kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding, additional toiletries etc, are available on request.

If you love the outdoors but not the mosquitos, enjoy your night on the screened in porch instead!

Studio Loft at Boogaba

This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

Innisfree Farms' "Big Tiny" has full size comforts and a beautiful setting on our 70 acre farm. Get back to nature without giving up hot showers and A/C. The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. This tiny house has moved to a lakeside spot on our smaller pond -- AWD or 4WD vehicles will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!

The Cedar House

This 2 bedroom home sits on a friendly residential street in Steubenville and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two queen comfortable beds and pillows, professionally laundered with hotel style linens, a coffee bar, and three smart TVs and wi-fi. Close to everything in the Steubenville-Weirton area, including Franciscan University of Steubenville, hospitals in Steubenville and Weirton and The Pavilion at Star Lake amphitheater. "Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek frontage to enjoy. One very comfortable queen bed in the loft and a fold out double bed love seat on the main floor. Extra guests may pitch tents for $10/night/person. Pets welcome - $35/pet - see pet policy.

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.
