Marilyn and Myles were accomodating and friendly hosts! The experience is perfect for couples wanting a quiet and cosy getaway. The cabin itself is simple, quaint and charming. We loved the fireplace in the cold weather and the deck was a perfect place to enjoy a hot chocolate with a beautiful view. Snowy, a gorgeous polar bear sized Maremma was a very welcome addition to our stay, along with the peacocks, Guinea fowl and parrots on the property. To those visiting Eungulla and surround’s, just bear in mind that local eateries opening days/times are a little unpredictable being that it is a rural area. We were well equipped with groceries and ventured to Finch Hatton to top up on supplies as needed so weren’t too worried by this as we enjoyed cooking in the cabin 😊

The cabin was lovely with beautiful surroundings. Plenty of birdlife and farm animals to enjoy.

Very happy with overnight stay in Suzanne’s cottage. It was well-appointed & very comfortable. As well, the price was very reasonable, compared to staying in Proserpine’s motels & hotels. I am also very grateful to have been allowed a late check-out as I wasn’t getting picked up my the airport shuttle until 11.10am. I will definitely stay again.

What a lovely, welcoming cottage. The beds were so very comfortable! It was so quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to the Criterion for a meal. Fabulous!
