“This place was wonderful. It had tons of light, and the setup of the space was really functional. All of the furniture was incredibly comfortable! The views were lovely and at one point we even watched the rain from under the covered porch on the rocking chairs. They created a binder that discusses local attractions which was very helpful. Everything on the premises was clean. I would absolutely recommend this and will be staying again!”

“Our stay at the tiny house was really good! Stacy and John have a very nice place here. If youre looking for privacy and rusticness with modern day amenities then this is the place. We enjoyed staying on the front porch most of the time and just playing cards and having dinner. Our dog loved that part too! In the height of summer this place stays nice and cool since its further up the mountain, a definite plus. I can see why this place stays booked all the time, its amazing and we will be back!”

“Beautiful, newly done, sparking clean place. Perfect location only a 5-7 minute walk up Sunset Rd to the heart of town, but put on your hiking shoes, it's uphill. :) It was so nice to leave the car parked almost the entire time and walk to everything. You have your choice of walking to town for food, drinks, etc.. You can walk/run at Bass Lake either by walking/running up 221 (there's a fairly wide bike/walking lane on each side of the road) from downtown or making your way through Chetola Resort, which is also a 5-7 minute walk down Ransom St to the entrance. It's also a quick walk to restaurants along Valley Blvd (321) via Ransom/Church streets. It's a quiet area and since the condo is on the back side of the complex it shields much of the noise from 321. Also, having a top-floor condo ensures it is even quieter. Lugging up the groceries is a bit more work, but totally worth it! This is a wonderful place and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and plan to return next season.
