Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bludenz District

This is our second time staying at this great place. The flair is unique and communication worked smoothly, our stay for next year is already booked - I don't need much more than that :)

Great house with plenty of space and cozy seating areas. Well-maintained garden with pool, sauna in the basement. Well suited for families and groups of friends. We will come back as a group next year!

Had a great stay. The cabin and especially the location is even more beautiful than can be seen in the pictures - secluded, in the middle of magnificent alpine scenery, quiet and perfect as a starting point for hikes. Getting there was uncomplicated, but a car should be available. The cabin itself was well equipped, extremely cozy, and reminded us a bit of old times. We felt completely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and we would have loved to stay longer. A great stay. Thanks for that!

Dear Rebekka, We had a great stay in your so lovingly decorated Maisäss. We enjoyed the tranquility in the beautiful surroundings. In the morning, the day started firing the oven and immediately the cozy room was warm and the kids enjoyed playing on the couch. Thanks for the good tips and your accessibility! The arrival is easily doable as described via a gravel path. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the Maisäss! Oh yes, of course, the walking invites you to great hikes and excursions, (Haus Matschwitz for eating a 30-minute walk, gondola as well) so the car could stop for a week.

A very nice and totally cozy house! It was clean and also well equipped. The area is idyllic and quiet, we had a very nice weekend here!

We spent our annual girls weekend in the HUS and were able to enjoy it to the fullest. The house is beautiful, very stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired (from the fireplace to the barbecue) . Communication went smoothly and the area is also a dream come true for those who like to hike! We would definitely book again!

The house is fantastic, clean and practical. The equipment is very complete. Sauna, nice showers, and good beds! We loved the outdoor area with a fireplace. In April, low season in this region, hiking in the area is great.

We arrived and felt very comfortable immediately. We were all able to slow down and enjoy the peace and the accommodation very much. It had everything we needed and we could ask Adrian at any time if there were any uncertainties or concerns. The sauna was great and was an additional highlight. The area is very beautiful and offers many opportunities for hiking and bike tours. A detour to the waterfall and to the Rufana Alp was very worthwhile. If you want a stay in a super nicely furnished small apartment that goes far beyond the normal AirBNB hospitality, you are in the right place. The apartment was clean, everything was available, communication went smoothly, as well as our late check in. We were greeted with drinks (wine, beer, lemonade) and chocolate upon arrival. The next morning, a complete breakfast was at our door. Simply an incredible service. Since the apartment was not rented directly, we could use everything again for free all day and especially shower again before departure. Only the mattresses are a bit outdated. Otherwise, the best AirBNB experience we've ever had!

We stayed with our small family for a week in the accommodation and felt completely comfortable. Room was clean and tidy. Everything was available. The sauna was in operation daily and very nice and clean. The grounds are very well maintained and offer a lot for children. The small convenience store on the ground floor with regional products is particularly noteworthy. You don't need a supermarket anymore. A successful and beautiful holiday. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very good stay at Caroline's accommodation. The apartment was very clean and the amenities matched the information from the listing. Communication with Carolin was easy and friendly.

We had a nice time in the apartment of Claudia and Bernd, who were always there for us with questions. We particularly liked the balcony, where we could enjoy the sun and view after skiing. Another advantage is the central location of the apartment. You only need a few meters to the nearest bus stop and a supermarket is also easily accessible on foot. We will be happy to come back!

The Airbnb is very nice, clean and lovingly furnished. It smelled very good and we felt very comfortable:) The view of the mountains was a dream.

Sylvia's apartment makes you feel "at home" from the first minute. This is how it happened to us and our boys from the beginning. You enter the spacious "dining room" from which all rooms are accessible and can explore the very large apartment from here. Everyone quickly found their favorite place. The apartment offers a great mix between traditional craftsmanship with cassette ceiling and intarsient tables as well as a beautiful parquet floor, coupled with a modern kitchen and actually three bathrooms PLUS a "wellness area" with sauna. In addition, a fireplace, so you want to spend cozy hours indoors, although the surrounding landscape and views make up the true charm of the apartment. Sylvia is incredibly helpful as a host and is always available to help, for example, if ALL cable cars are closed and hiking is difficult. Thanks for the great tips, we will be happy to come back.

Great location for a skiing holiday.

The apartment is one of the best I've ever rented. Great big rooms, very modern and cozy, especially the kitchen and bathroom, large TV with couch, cozy large wooden beds with good mattress. The apartment is located right next to the stop of the ski bus from Partener Hof. You can reach Versettla in 7 minutes by ski bus and Grasjochbahn in 22 minutes. A sports shop for renting skis, a village shop and a pizzeria are a 3-minute walk away. Perfect starting point for skiing. I'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful week in the house. The communication with Marieke was fantastic. The house can accommodate 10 people. 4 showers and an infrared sauna (not used). Lots of toys and games. Slee that can be used in front of the door on the hill. Good beds. Nice chill area in the basement Only downside there are two toilet's both in a shower room, but yes what are you talking about….. I loved it!

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of the countryside :) we felt right at home during our stay with the dog. The amenities were great, we'd love to come back!
