In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the ski resorts in the Great Walser Valley, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon or Laterns. Day trips to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance are possible.

Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

Due to its location, our house is an ideal starting point for skiing (20 min drive to Brandnertal, 25 min to Montafon (Golm/Vandans) ATTENTION: traffic jams, longer travel on weekends/holidays), for hiking and mountain biking. By train/car, you can reach Feldkirch and Bludenz in 10 minutes.

The municipality of Nüziders is centrally located to the 5 valleys of Klostertal, Montafon, Brandnertal, Walgau and large Walsertal and offers many leisure activities in the field of sports, hiking, cycling and culture as well as the proximity to numerous recreational and ski resorts. The alpine town of Bludenz with old town is within easy reach.

The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 1 child or possibly a 2nd child (from 3 years - unsecured staircase). The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
