Within walking distance is a neighboring park with boat access and a beach, bring water floaties and toys, beach balls, bike or walk the trails, check out the swinging bridge! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our house is only half a block from Minnesota State University and we especially enjoy hosting the families of Maverick athletes. Campus Vue was previously owned by the family of a Mav football player and was lovingly renovated by them. There are lots of good Maverick vibes in this home.
