Maple View is situated in the small town of Medlow Bath, just 10 minutes north of Katoomba and only 1.5 hours drive or 2 hours by train from Sydney. Accessible by car and the Medlow Bath train station (a 15 - 20 minute stroll), the home is within walking distance of the famous Hydro Majestic Hotel (25 minutes) and Potbelly Cafe (20 minutes). It's less than 15 minutes drive to Leura and Blackheath. Despite its proximity to these historic townships and landmarks it remains a secluded sanctuary.

A beautiful and unique mountains escape with 6.5 acres of gardens to enjoy! Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).
