Cindy's listing was even better than we expected. There were no surprises and Cindy was very accomodating in all areas. It was an all around positive experience!! This listing gets a high rating!

Beautiful little space extremely close to the square. The room looked exactly as pictured. Bathroom contained luxury shower items (shampoo, conditioner, aromatherapy spray) as well as any little extras that travelers may forget. There is a small cubby with a selection of teas, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Upon arrival, the friendly co-host was on the property checking to make sure all of the units were ready for the day’s guests. Note: This is a house with 3 units. There is a porch area with seating as well. I will echo prior reviews that state the mattress is extremely soft and sinks down - not an issue for me, but could be an issue if you like a firm mattress. I also was not certain if the main comforter had been changed out or if there were just a few old stains on it, so I did not use it (this is my habit in hotels anyway). Overall, this is a lovely little spot if you are looking for a place to sleep within walking distance to the square.

Tommie's apartment was a gem! Perfect downtown location near everything. Right on the square, with easy parking and super easy to access the unit. There was plenty of room for two people, with extra storage and places to put your things (one of my pet peeves is not having enough room to spread out toiletries, etc.). The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, along with local coffee. The bathroom was a nice size and there were plenty of towels available. One bedroom even had a noise machine, which I loved! The apartment had nice decorations, cozy throws and pillows too. They even had candles that came on when it got dark. We played some of the games provided, since we had friends staying close by. I highly recommend staying here when in town!

It was absolutely one of the two most peaceful places I have ever been to. I wasn't ready to leave, and I will go back just as soon as possible. The place was clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and Gary & Sheryl were awesome!!! If you want a quiet get away, I highly recommend "On the River"!!!

My girlfriend and I went on a Georgia get away and stayed at this amazing place for three nights. It was wonderful. The family that lived there was extremely friendly and welcoming while still respecting our privacy. The house sits beautifully on a gorgeous mountain that was close to great hikes with amazing views and not too far from downtown Ellijay. Overall it was an amazing trip due to this beautiful spot friendly host and sweet city.

The resort is lovely! It’s a nice get away. Just keep in mind cell service is limited in this area! It’s beautiful. 😍

Chandler Station was a wonderful place to stay. The location was awesome with the ability to walk to many shops and restaurants on the square. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Tommie is a very responsive host and was available when needed. Beds were super comfy. We loved being able to smell the amazing coffee from the coffee shop below and Tommie even provided some Cabin Coffee for us! We truly enjoyed our time at this wonderful place. We plan to come back and would certainly stay at Tommie’s place again!

The nest is in a gorgeous location with conveniently close proximity to both nature adventures and in town perks. I'd recommend the stay to anyone! Especially solo travelers/couples/or besties. Mary was a gem of a host ✨️

Rock's place was just as described, a nice little hideaway with a view of the lake. The property was private and cozy. Rock was quick to respond to questions and communicated well both before and during our stay.

Beautiful accommodations and Jack & Christy were wonderful hosts. So many extra amenities in the room, hard to list them all but everything you would ever need is there, including all the toiletry needs Very short walk to everywhere you wanna be in Dahlonega. We only left there a day ago, but already Can’t wait to come back!!!!

The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The cabin was in pristine condition and clean. We felt right at home when we walked in. We got in super later and forgot to pick up coffee for the morning only to find out there was coffee left for us in the cabin. Those little added touches take the stress away and allow us to enjoy our vacation! I would highly recommend this property and will vacation here again.

You feel right at home when you walk in the door. It’s a beautiful and peaceful location and within driving distance to popular cities in TN, NC and GA. My kids loved the board games and finding all of the wonderful toys. The view from the hot tub was magnificent. Even though they are a pet friendly location, they keep this space spotless. There were no pet odors and all of the furniture and beds were free of pet hair. We can’t wait to go back to this location again!!

We had such a wonderful time! The cabin was in a small neighborhood on the top of a mountain. You could not see any of your neighbors because of the thick vegetation. The house was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. The directions on how to do different things were provided. We had one question about checking out, and Peter answered it promptly. Thank you so much Peter for such a great time. We will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends.

our stay was wonderful! little to no issues and any issues that did arise (just minor hot tub maintenance) was addressed quickly. the town of Andrews is a gem and my husband and i had a wonderful time exploring and enjoying the mountain view

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.
