This apartment is tucked out of the way of the hustle and bustle of town, with route options to skip town or get to the main drag in a few minutes of driving.

Well equipped studio, at walking distance from Avon and Tom Patterson theatre and all the restaurants. The place was comfortable and easy to access. Nice café in the basement.

I had a super comfortable stay (enough and more space for a single individual)! Also, both Rajesh and Eric were extremely responsive. The kitchen and bathroom were squeaky clean. The icing on the cake was finding an Edgar Allen Poe themed cafe (The Raven Cafe, on Military/ Main Street) walking distance from the place! :-)

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, quiet and equipped with everything we needed. Jo took very good care of us. Will be back.

This is our second year at The Happy House and now we are regulars. Five bedrooms for five women is just perfect as well as both indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. This place is perfect for us. Thank you!

If you are staying in the area, this is the place to be. Such a cool space with amazing vintage touches and awesome decor. The breakfast was exquisite and had such a nice presentation. Delicious! Brenda was also extremely nice, accommodating, and friendly.

Paul was a great host and replied to all questions right away. Unit was clean and spacious and in a trendy neighbourhood in London.

It is not often you get to say this, but the photos for this rental do not do it justice. You walk in and the place looks like it belongs in House & Home Magazine. The furniture, art, carpet and linens are all top of the line and you can tell the hosts did not hold back in delivering a five star resort like vibe. Highly recommend for longer stays as the unit has all the comforts of home. Nothing worse than running to the store to get things like cookware, can openers etc… if had an air fryer to reheat leftovers. All you need is your suitcase and toothbrush.

Pros: beautiful and safe neighbourhood, host is very responsive, stylish and clean furnishings, all kitchen supplies including kettle / microwave / stovetop. Cons: not for those with mobility issues (many stairs and they are narrow), prone to temperature changes since it is the top floor, no oven.

Loved our stay! There are multiple units at this address, so it can get a little noisy with people walking up and down the stairs during the day— it didn’t disturb us at all, but just a good thing to know before booking.

and I had a fantastic time at Ryan’s place. We had a blast enjoying the wide selection of board games and the awesome ping pong table in the rec room. The location within the private community is incredibly peaceful, and the private beaches, especially Sun Beach, are a must-visit. The only hiccup was the BBQ, which hadn’t been properly cleaned by the previous guests and took some time to get ready, but overall, this property is wonderful. We’d happily stay here again. Beyond words about this trip and the experience overall. The house itself made our stay 100x better than excepted! We were provided with everything you can possibly need/ think of. Louis is a great host and you can tell how much he cares about his property and how his guests are feeling during their stay. The house is very detail oriented which helps with the guests satisfaction experience. This was my first time here in grand bend and I definitely see myself coming back again just to stay at this property. It was also very easy to reach Louis when needed and he was so nice and understanding with everything and was able to answer any concerns/ questions I had. Overall, will definitely return and worth every cent staying here!

Matthew was a very responsive host who made sure that everything was taken care of prior to arrival. The place was clean, and cozy. Perfect for myself and my young son. It’s a nice quiet location and easy to get inside. Felt very private and comfortable. Will absolutely keep using this airbnb when in Strathroy.

We had a great stay at Cedar Point Cottage for our annual 2 family vacation. It fit us all (3 parents, 5 adult children and partners, 1 teen and 3 dogs) pretty comfortably. The beds are very firm. If that's not to your liking, you’ll want to bring a topper. The dining room table is huge, the kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor kitchen is amazing, and we made full use of the smoker and the Blackstone. The Hot tub was very clean and Jesse came by to test the water mid way through our stay. The washer/dryer were very handy, as was the golf cart. The yard is dog-friendly, but you'll want to use a tie-out if you are not 100% sure on recall. The shared private beach is better than Grand Bend. The kids loved the stand up paddle board. We didn't use the fire pit or the portable fire pit for the beach - we just ran out of time. The cottage is handy to Forest, and Sarnia and Grand Bend are about 30-40 mintues away. Jesse was responsive, prompt, and helpful. We would book here again. Awesome!!!

Me and a group of 14 girls stayed here and had a fantastic weekend. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room for everyone. The location was incredible, only a 5 minute walk to both the strip and the beach. We look forward to coming back on a warmer weekend!

This place is absolutely beautiful! So beautifully landscaped and peaceful! The rooms are awesome and spacious! The pictures really don’t do it justice! We loved it because it was so private! Once you have everything there, like food and drinks you really don’t need to leave. We had a blast floating on the man made pond! Fantastic fire pit! Great spot to star gaze! Cozy areas for coffees and beverages! Kids absolutely loved it and it’s perfect for big families. Will definitely be back! 🙌🏻❤️ Thank you for having us!
