I have been to 4 luxury multimillion-dollar villas in Koh Samui. I hope you find my review useful. The Owner of the villa was very easy to communicate and coordinate with. On the day of the arrival, the villa butler Sank and the management company's client relations manager, Jeremy, were there to greet us and make us feel at home. Sank was outstanding. always a smile, even when i knew he had a lot on his plate. The maids were like Ninjas. We never saw them come or leave, but our room magically was made every few hours and it smelled like there is a lemon tree and waterfall somewhere out of view. We were welcomed with branded coconuts and a tour. Each room was spectacular in its own way. Everybody felt like they got the best room, and this was the first time I went to a vila that was laid out this well. As i know Colin, the owner and manager of the listing was involved in building it, HATS OFF to him. Well done !

My wife and I chose Sea Renity as a place to celebrate her 40th birthday with some close friends for a week. We couldn't have been happier with our stay there. The villa is beautifully-appointed, with the infinity pool being a standout. The master and guest bedrooms were what you would expect in a luxury hotel, and the aircon (definitely needed!) was top-notch. The biggest contributor to our enjoyment of our time at Sea Renity was the level of service provided by Anne (in the lead-up to our arrival) and Sasi and her team (during our stay). Anne was always fast to respond, and invariably very helpful, whenever we had questions or were looking for suggestions. Sasi and her team took such good care of us during our stay: the meals were excellent and varied, the rooms were well-serviced, and our excursions were organised with minimal fuss. She and her team were always attentive and anticipated our needs well without ever seeming to be 'overly present'. Thank you!

Our stay at Koh Koon has been nothing short of life changing. It is such a beautiful estate located in paradise. The rooms are immaculate, the common areas are designed beautifully and everything is squeaky clean. We had a last minute cancellation, and only booked KK a few days before leaving for Thailand. We are so happy it turned out this way. The absolute crown jewel of our experience were the staff. Praew (the villa manager) is a beautiful soul and so incredibly professional and good at her work. All the food prepared for us and all others involved in the upkeep are all masters of their crafts. I cannot speak any more highly of Praew and her team. They made our trip more special than it could have ever been. I was initially unsure, because there arent many reviews of the property on airbnb, google or bookingdotcom. Please do not let this deter you. If you treat the staff with respect they will give you an experience you will never forget. From Jordan and the team.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! From the moment we arrived, the check-in was smooth and welcoming—staff greeted us warmly, and Rainee gave us a detailed tour of the property, setting the tone for a fantastic getaway. The view from the villa is simply insane—peaceful, calm, and truly mesmerizing. The villa itself is recently renovated, boasting a modern design with impeccable cleanliness and stylish furnishings that made us feel right at home. Huge shoutout to Khun Vit, who prepared the best meals. We enjoyed a delightful dinner every night, and the breakfasts were equally scrumptious. Another highlight was the experience of kayaking. The staff arranged two extra kayaks for us on request, and it was such a thrill to simply go down a flight of chairs from the villa right into the sea. Overall, our stay was memorable and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and adventure.
