The whole ground floor is for rent, the entrance is separate, the ceiling height is 3.8 m. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with a gazebo. A maximum of 8 guests can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. In the first bedroom there is a double bed + a single bed, in the second bedroom there are 3 single beds, in the living room there is a sofa + an armchair bed. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

very cozy, clean and good house for family as well as for friendship. if you want to make yourself at home and stay in all the comforts of home, we recommend this apartment. The house has a yard where you can put your car, which is very comfortable. As for the landlord, it's very warm and attentive, always ready to help. Очень уютный, чистый и хороший дом, как для семьи, так и для друзей. Если вы хотите чувствовать себя как дома и иметь все удобства, я определенно рекоменено рекомендую эту эту квартиру. У дома есть двор, где вы можете припарковать свою машину, что очень удобно. Что касается хозяина, он очень теплый и внимательный, всегда готов вам помочь. Had a great weekend! Half an hour from Batumi, next to the river, around the picturesque mountains! There is a grill, for an additional fee there is a sauna and a swimming pool in the summer (not yet in season). The house is cozy, warm, in perfect condition, has everything you need.

Inside, the three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—far above typical Airbnb standards—so cooking felt effortless. Best of all, our host was a delight: warm, communicative, and incredibly flexible. She even accommodated a late check‑out and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. I would happily return to this home and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, worry‑free stay.

A very nice apartment in the center of Kobuleti, easy to reach by a 20 minutes walk from the local train station, and close to the beach. The service of Bachana and his sister was very helpful and friendly including fast answers. I can highly recommend the apartment.
