The historic House was built in 1870, in the most picturesque place of Tsihisjiri, next to the Castello Mare complex. The whole ground floor is for rent, the entrance is separate, the ceiling height is 3.8 m. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with a gazebo. A maximum of 8 guests can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. In the first bedroom there is a double bed + a single bed, in the second bedroom there are 3 single beds, in the living room there is a sofa + an armchair bed. Had a great weekend! Half an hour from Batumi, next to the river, around the picturesque mountains! There is a grill, for an additional fee there is a sauna and a swimming pool in the summer (not yet in season). The house is cozy, warm, in perfect condition, has everything you need.

I would like to thank Sophia, her mother, and her father. I did not meet Sophia, but her parents are wonderful. Her mother brought us coffee, baklava, and chocolate. As a kind of hospitality, the cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had two days in their quiet cottage, one of the most beautiful days of our lives. 🌹 Those who are looking for tranquility will find it. They are interested in the most authentic details and the cottage decorations are very beautiful. Sophia's mother is wonderful. She was always smiling. Thank you and I will repeat the visit and advise everyone to visit the place 👍👍👍

My stay in this beautiful house was outstanding. The property overlooks a perfect panorama, and every evening we enjoyed spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. Inside, the three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—far above typical Airbnb standards—so cooking felt effortless. Best of all, our host was a delight: warm, communicative, and incredibly flexible. She even accommodated a late check‑out and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. I would happily return to this home and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, worry‑free stay.

If you plan to stay by the black sea in Georgia, Cottage Petra is one of the best choices. You can reach the beach within a 10-minute walk. Kohbuleti is nearby for restaurants etc. The cottage itself is super nice and comfortable, with all the comforts. You can cook well and eat on the balcony with beautiful views over the black sea. In the garden, you can also have a BBQ. The host and his family are very accommodating and kind. In short, a very unique and beautiful place.

It's a very cool and aesthetic guesthouse. We were unlucky with the weather (only cold water, AC located upstairs), but could be perfect for a longer stay in summer. We couldn't lock the doors, but the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, appreciated the parking space. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There's also a small shop nearby for groceries.
