Monthly Rentals in Boca Catalina Beach

Our host was proactive in providing instructions/info on anything you might think to ask! The place was just right for us! A short walk to the beach, very clean and even a covered outside space to relax with your morning coffee! Plus the perk of a washer and dryer!! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 weeks at the Gold Coast. The house was great and had everything we needed. It even had a nice garden to chill and relax. We felt us at home and we didn't want to leave. The pool is at the end of the street so that was great also. Sam was a great host and we really appreciated the bottle of wine when we arrived. He responded very quickly if we had any questions. If possible we would definitely come back next year.

We loved the location. This was such a great place and Rona is a great host. The property is amazing and we loved Bonchi and Lily as they met us every morning but would not even consider going into our room. We had a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants are a 15 minute drive. We felt like we had a magical bungalow in a beautiful country and that’s because we did.

This place was fantastic! It had everything anyone may need for a few days and/or weeks. There were many things that we didn’t need that still made us think “they thought of everything”. This place is not for those that want to be in the middle of late night action, unless you consider late night action crab hunting. It was perfect for us bc we had full intentions of snorkeling on any whim. Our only pointer is that the cab system does not completely work in your favor in this area. Bus is great for during the day (bus stop is literally directly across the street from the house) but does stop running in this area at 620. We will stay here again if possible. Just plan to have a transportation plan in place.. or stay in and cook at night. Cooking set up is great! Husband cooked every morning. Very equipped with general essentials. Other pointer, tell cab you are staying in the Boca Catalina “area” to get you to the residence. It does not show on google correctly. Bottom line, recommend!
