We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Very responsive and awesome host. Was greeted by his mom and another family member. Nicest family you would ever meet and I appreciate them letting me use their place. Great location as it's close to the colonial zone and Malecon areas. Will definitely use again.

Everything is exceptional. The villa is beautiful with everything you could need. Everything is very clean, the decoration is exquisite, the surroundings are beautiful, the employees are friendly. Amaury as co-host was attentive to every detail, the excellent communication. Marleny as a host is understanding, kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

We have just stayed a month at Romena's. The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, clean, safe and quiet. Being retired , we only needed a supermarket and a nice beach for swimming within easy walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

Kelvin's place was great. Close to everything. Quick walk to the beach. Accommodation was excellent. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi worked well and we felt very secure. We will be back.

A lovely and very well-located place. It's easy to get there, and Raymond is always available to quickly answer any questions or needs, which gives you a lot of peace of mind. The location is excellent: a few minutes from Boca Chica beach, with supermarkets and hospitals very close. What's more, the environment is safe and quiet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying.

Very friendly host, they answer your questions very quickly and the accommodation feels homey, many places to visit nearby. Clean and cozy place, as well as a very good price, Yismel is a very good host!

I’ve been around a bit. No, that’s too modest. I’ve been around a lot. Harold’s Penthouse (my personal name for it) is among the best. Very spacious, lots of lot and all the amenities. You can tell when someone puts love in a place. I can live in a cave (I wouldn’t give a cave a great review), so I am good with sleeping in a dry spot. With that, what’s important to me is how my guests faired. They loved it. I did too. If you plan a trip to Boca Chica, step out a bit farther to Dolio. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Harold for the use. And thank you Israel (on site man). He was veeeeery thorough with the explanations of the where and when. Check it out if you plan to stay in the area. It's a safe and super comfortable place to be with friends, the host is the best person I've had in all my stays, I would return 100%. The place is comfortable, luxurious and in the best condition and location.

This accommodation is beautiful, it has a privileged location, it is very large and comfortable, the pool is a dream and the beach is beautiful although it has a few stones when entering

Great location in the center of the city- walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Secure location- guarded entrance, private parking and front desk receptionist. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Comfortable and clean apartment with everything that you will need in the kitchen, beautiful open living room with great views to the ocean

This listing is amazing. I loved every minute spent there. The parking was secure and easy to find, the rooms were stunning, and the kitchen had everything needed in order to cook. Its very cozy and perfect for sleeping in. Everyone was very responsive and there for me when I needed something. I loved the location as well, close to Boca Chica and close to the airport. The supermarket is also very close by as well.

My third time staying here I have no complaints. Perfect location nice place.
