Beach house holiday rentals in Boca Grande

This condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and close to the pool. Close to Bailey’s and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner while making reservations, during our stay and after checking out. I will definitely be back.

Our family had a wonderful time here on our vacation. The house was very nice, clean, organized and cozy. We definitely recommend! Nicole was very nice lady and helpful.

Beautiful well equipped home! Spotlessly clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and woefully designed and clean. Nice views, quiet setting and a Great boat dock. We had a great family vacation for 3 nights. We would have loved to stay longer but we only had a small window of time for a trip. The host was so informative on everything we needed for a successful stay. We comfortably fit 8 grown kids and adults. The location was nice. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. We opted to rent a golf cart which was perfect for our local needs. The kitchen appliances were extremely modern and clean. We had every appliance or kitchen gadget needed for food prep. The bathrooms were clean too and water pressure was great for a nice shower after a trip to the beach or fishing from our boat. We brought our small boat and had access to a great dock five mins or less from the house. The kids (16-30) spent hours combing the beach for sharks teeth and sunbathing. We spent evenings watching the sunset and mornings on one of the porches (upstairs/downstairs) enjoying coffee from the keurig. We will definitely plan a return trip when we can find the time!

Greg was a great host. Flexible in allowing for our early arrival, and quick to respond! His home is lovely. We had a relaxing time.

This property had a fabulous location! Easy water, access, and close to a couple restaurants via car or boat. What made the stay so special was coming back after a hot day on the boat and getting in a pool! And Wendy did not leave out any details! There were floats, a pump for the floats, a perfect tiki bar to enjoy, and plenty of beach towels! The property also had great kitchen supplies if you’re wanting to cook and also a fun ice machine. These are just a few things that are coming to the top of my head and I know I’m still forgetting to mention some! Also, I was fortunate enough to meet Wendy in person and she is very hospitable. You will not regret this stay!!

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

This was our first time in N. captiva and my kids said it was the best week of their lives. The guidebook provided was very helpful before and during our trip. The idea of a no car / store island felt a little daunting when packing but because of the clear instructions we felt prepared. The home was clean and had all the essentials and then some. Whenever I realized I forgot something it would magically appear in cabinet, they did think of it all in terms of stocking essentials. We had a few minor hiccups along the way as to be expected but they were taken care of. It has been requested by all our kids we visit the island annually. Can’t wait to be back.

This was our favorite Airbnb yet. The house and grounds were beautiful. There was something for everyone from 2 years old to 72. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Romy was proactive and checked on us but the setup was so well executed we wanted for nothing. We saw iguanas, owls, and bunnies. Sunsets were beautiful. The pool area had space for all. We will be back!

This was our second year staying at Dale and Louise's property. Always exceeds our expectations. Clean, tidy, -- perfect for 4 people! or more! The pool is amazing! We'll be back next year!

Wonderful place close to the beach. We had everything we needed! Remodeling being done on neighbors house but no one was there when we were there so it was ok. I’m the future, swimming pool will be back to back with neighbor and not so private. Hoping they can put something in between for more privacy down the road. Otherwise, we truly could not ask for more in a house and for location. Absolutely amazing spot!! Host is super responsive to your needs. We needed a pump for floaties and it was there within an hour!

Wonderful stay! Clean and functional, everything we needed was provided, from games to towels to umbrellas to chairs. Pool was wonderful, golf carts were great, house was very nice, beds were comfortable, outdoor living spaces were perfect. The on-island property manager was super responsive and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and we hope to stay again someday!

This was our second trip to North Captiva and first stay in this home. We had nothing short of a great experience staying at Namastay. As always, Kale and the crew were there to help from the minute we got on the island until it was time to head back to the docks. The home was very clean and well kept. Plenty of pool/beach toys to keep the kids entertained. We definitely would stay here again!

Spacious, clean and comfortable with all the basics you could need for a short stay. Having the pool was the best part. There were plenty of options for entertainment in the house if the weather was sour. Just an hour or less to endless locations for great food and entertainment. I did not get to use the bikes but they looked so inviting and the neighborhood is quiet and nice... Would have been perfect for a ride around. I will definitely be checking availability when I'm visiting the area again. The host was friendly and available... Even though we didn't need anything. What a great way to get away.

Me and my family really enjoyed this beautiful home for the weekend. Very welcoming spacious and well decorated home . For the kids they really enjoyed the ping pong tables, big pool, and even had a few chairs for us to take to the beach. When we had a question David responded promptly and will definitely recommend if you are thinking about it to stay here.

Our trip to North Captiva exceeded our expectations. The house very private and a quick walk to the beach. I’d recommend this house and island to anyone that’s looking for a quit peaceful place to vacation. Look forward to coming back

Maria is so hospitable! This is an excellent place for fishermen bringing their boats. Trailer parking and a ramp are super convenient. The dock is just outside the back door. Maria helped my husband and son in law get settled and left lots of thoughtful goodies. Super clean and thoughtfully furnished. Highly recommend this place for its bay fishing location and excellent price. You get lots for your money here!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and we felt right at home. Very close (2 minute walk) to the beach and the pool was awesome! My entire family really enjoyed our stay, thanks for hosting us!

We only stayed here to sleep one night between jobs for work and it served that purpose well. The beds were comfortable and there were blackout curtains in each room, which was extremely appreciated. We liked the split floor plan with the kitchen smack in the middle of the house with access from both sides. Very nice for having privacy between rooms. The only thing I would mention is that there is a noticeable smell upon entering. I’m almost certain that a former smoker lived here and that smell is just in the walls and ducts. I am 7 months pregnant and sensitive to smells, so that was a little tough for me and was even noticed by my husband and our friend as well. I was surprised none of the reviews mentioned that. If you’re sensitive to former smoke smell, this may not be the place for you. However, in spite of all this, I do feel the home is a great value for the nightly rate and we had a positive experience during our short time there.

We absolutely loved Nick and Brenda’s place. It was just perfect, had everything we needed, and was beautifully decorated. It was so nice to have the suggestions for local spots and beaches to make our stay even more enjoyable! We will definitely be back for our next stay!

The house was great. Great mattress in the master bedroom. Good size bathroom. Nice laundry room. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings.

Its amazing house with modern interior beautiful pool and lake view. Few gators in the lake. Venice has amazing beaches and restaurants. Im glad to open this city for our family.

The house was amazing! I took 3 teenage girls on vacation here.. They did not even want to leave the house They tanned on the deck for hours..dipped in the pool! The communication with the owners was amazing!! The girls said they want to go back because it felt like home!!!
