Gina was wonderful. She answered my questions before I even booked the place! That was wonderful. No guessing. I knew what I was getting. She was always responsive. We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

I can’t wait to return. It was just great. Peggy , my sister loved the fridge, kitchen & she slept on couch and said that couch was awesome. I slept like a baby in the bed . It was beyond comfort . IWow!!! Better than bed at home . I cannot wait to go back !

Super cute little stay, will definitely be back!! Extremely close to the beach & street was calm. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, and there’s a laundromat right beside the unit! Also, one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on lol!

Absolutely the best Airbnb place we have ever stayed at. Location and amenities are all 5 star and above. The Bimini Bait Shack restaurant that is very close by was a real find with a great menu and truly good live music. We will definitely be back! Oh…the beaches are so close and my wife loved the shells.

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Amazing location! The condo was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! I was pleasantly surprised that we couldn’t hear any other guests while inside our unit. The outdoor chairs, tables, hammock, swings were all awesome. Loved that the sliding door slid all the way open ( both doors pushed inside the slot!) making it feel open and let fresh beach air inside in the morning and at night. We cooked some meals and ate outside, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. POP’s Sunset grill had amazing food and was super close by. The host was responsive and helped quickly when needed! The onsite laundry room was so great! We saw some gopher tortoises passing through the back yard, which was so cool! The sunsets were beautiful each night and we loved finding shark teeth all along the beach. Our family had an awesome stay and we will definitely book this condo again! Thank you, Travis, for everything!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. We had an amazing stay at this condo for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to relax together and just enjoy the beach! The condo was extremely nice and it was great to have an umbrella and chairs available to use! Elizabeth was very helpful and had so much information for us and recommendations which was so helpful as first time visitors! The area was beautiful and the pool was also very nice! We cannot wait to come back to Sanibel/Captiva!

It was a great quiet getaway for my friends and I. It is a little bit of a quiet town, but that was perfect for us! If you are looking for a simple, peaceful beach getaway then this is the place for you.

Loved this location! Easy access to all water types... gulf ocean, Lemon Bay, and a nice pool. Walking distance to several great restaurants including one with live music every night. Great place and a very friendly, communicative host. Will happily stay there again.

I had so much fun on my vacation because of the place and its location. Its super clean, very well decorated, gives you that beach house feel. It was nice being right across the street from a beautiful beach, and having beach chairs to use. It was also nice not having to get in the car and having to drive anywhere for dinner, we tryed almost all of the local resturants, and found a favorite. Theres even a free local shuttle ! This is an awesome place id love to come back to.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

I can’t thank Dennis enough for hosting us. I have been vacationing on Sanibel since the mid 70’s. Awesome place, great host and Kandie and I experienced an AMAZING Beach Wedding! Can’t wait to celebrate our first anniversary next year here. Thanks again Dennis!

We loved this place. The interior design was wonderfully done. it was very clean. There were Manatees in the marina that the dec looks out to. it was a short walk to the beach. there were chairs and an umbrella to use. The only concern was with the front door never locked. We didn't realize this until our fourth day there. At night we put a chair under the door handle. I felt a little safer that way.

This place was paradise! Beach, ocean, and pool all so close and relaxing. Everything was a short, walkable, and there is a free trolley to take you all around the area. Ryan was great at communicating and responded within 15 minutes at the latest. Lots of towels for the beach, well stocked kitchen. Nothing but 5 stars all around!! 10/10 recommend this property and host!!!!
