Joshua's airbnb was an absolute gem. Clean, bed was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. (close to the beach) Walking distance to many restaurants, publix, Walgreens, etc. Joshua was a superb host. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Our stay was phenomenal. I was celebrating my birthday and Joshua had the place beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely return.

The home was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It smelled clean as soon as we walked in. I loved the kitchen utensils and appliances. There were very minor things that needed to be taken care of, but I would definitely stay again.

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

I came for a long weekend away with my teenage daughter and loved our stay at the Charming Downtown Beach House! We walked to coffee at South Beach, dinner at Lilos, and shopped the quirky little shops. We chose to drive to the beach which was a quick and easy drive. (Approx 5 mins) The house was very clean and had such cute decor. I appreciated the Tupperware and other kitchen items as well as the beach chairs for our beach picnic. Naomi and her team were very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

pompano is an amazing city to visit and Josh place is prime for a great walk to the beach close to great restaurants a true home away from home experience needless to say to the point I didn’t want to leave but in all I would definitely recommend if you want a oasis feel that charm of the city eatery this is the place I would recommend to get for your stay a true heaven feel .

This home was a perfect five-star getaway! The spotlessly clean and cozy space, exactly as pictured, offered all the amenities we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. Its ideal location, just a short drive from the beach and anything you would need , made exploring a breeze. The host was outstanding, providing clear communication, ensuring a seamless and thoroughly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely return!

The place was great, a wonderful house that felt like a home, lots of games and a kitchen with high end appliances they had so much to offer. I wish all short term rentals were like this one. Strongly recommend!!!

Great location right near plenty of stores and gas stations. Beach is not too far and city life is about 30-45 min if you don’t mind driving. House was beautiful, pool was great. All rooms were exactly as described. There’s a little bit of a fly issue in the master bathroom but that can easily be addressed. Thank you so much, I would definitely return.

had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the host was incredibly attentive and patient; he responded to every question in 10 minutes or less, which made everything so much easier. The pool was amazing, definitely one of the highlights! The exterior of the property looked beautiful and well-maintained. Inside, the house was clean and comfortable; the beds and sheets were spotless, and the bathroom was in great condition. Overall, the house was very nice and I truly enjoyed the experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

Place is only 1.5 blocks away. Very easy walk to the beach. Home exactly as in listed description. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend staying here. Felt safe and right home. Took advantage of walking to the beach everyday. This 2bdrm/2bath home was an amazing stay.

At first my husband was hesitant about staying in an Airbnb. This was his first experience. As soon as we walked in he was delighted with the cleanliness, the amenities and especially how peaceful the back garden and pool were. Our stay was excellent and we would rent again and recommend their oasis to our friends from up North.

This is one of THE BEST airb&bs we’ve ever stayed at- if not THE BEST! The house was beautiful, clean, private, family and pet friendly. So many small little accommodations and details that personalized and made it such a wonderful experience- we didn’t want to leave!! They even let us check in early! Highly recommend 12/10!! Nadine's place is a great location and a perfect 2 bedroom 2 bath condo! Nadine is super responsive with anything you need! Plenty of room to hang out in the TV room and relax after the Beach or walking the avenue and the Asian Bistro right outside her Door has great food too!!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!
