I am very happy to have chosen this apartment for my stay in Santo Domingo, it is a very private, safe and comfortable place. It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is super decorated and well maintained, all the appliances are new and work perfectly, the air conditioning is perfect, and it has a generator, in case of a power outage in the sector. About the host, I can tell you that she has 1000 stars in communication and customer service, 100% support during your stay in any situation that arises, while you are staying at her airbnb. Perfect location, close to all the malls and entertainment centers in Santo Domingo. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. José is by far the best Airbnb host I have ever had. He provided many details regarding our stay that went above and beyond. He checked in with us daily and sent us local restaurant recommendations. The apartment was spotless and beautiful. our favorite part was how quiet it was! We liked it so much we're coming back for the last two nights of our trip!

Responsive host, perfect location, unit was beautiful and it was fun looking out the big windows. The restaurants walking distance were also wonderful.

Jorge was incredibly helpful and kind. helped us out anytime information or items were needed. Excellent, quiet unit. One thing to note is that you'll need taxi or Uber to get around. it's in a nice residential area

Great location for the price.The apartment is front facing with views of Ave Lincoln. Walkable to many restaurants and lounges. If you are wanting to discover the nightlife, it’s a private location for it without needing to use your car. The doormen are friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is in the lower level of the building with a tight entrance , so I suggest a small car with some power due to the incline. The host was responsive to concerns and addressed them promptly

Really nice apartament on the 7th (top) floor. I found the apartment to be very comfortable with air-conditioning in all living areas. One parking spot in the garage with opener upon check-in. I found the beds to be very comfortable and everything super clean. The second bedroom as well as the jacuzzi is up the stairs, so be prepared. Great stay overall.

The stay was perfect. Comfortable beds, and spacious common areas, decorated in detail, and a cozy terrace. Very attentive host. The bathrooms are a little small, but since there are two, it's not a big deal.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Just as nice and spacious as you'd expect from the photos. Only one small complaint: warm/hot water in the shower was hard to come by. Almost every shower was a cold shower, but this was not so bad because the climate here is so warm. The neighborhood is safe to walk through. Nearest grocery store is about 4 blocks to walk. Would definitely return, thank you Rafael!

Rafael’s place was amazing. In the center of the city close to everything. Very quiet and safe area. The apartment felt very homey! Definitely will be back. Very responsive host as well.

Delighted, everything was impeccable, the residential complex is very safe, you can arrive at any time and you will not have problems, the host is very polite and they are always attentive to every detail, I would return without thinking twice.

Very friendly and responsive host. This place is very homey and cozy. I recommend this place its in a great location and walkable to all places. Very clean and the pool and deck area nice and private.

Worth every penny. Not ashamed yo say this is not my first time staying here and def wont be my last., Everything is close and plenty to do walking distance. Very secure building with helpful staff including hosts. Private large terrace with a nice jacuzzi to enjoy the great view is all i needed. Trust me and just rent it you’ll agree and then some! Enjoy
