Estoy muy contento de haber elegido este apartamento para mí estadía en Santo Domingo, es un lugar muy privado, seguro y comodo. Esta equipado con todo lo necesario, para pasar una comoda y placentera estadía. El apartamento esta super decorado y bien mantenido, todos los electrodomesticos son nuevos y funcionan a la perfección, el aire acondicionado esta perfecto, y cuenta con planta eléctrica, en caso de falta de electricidad en el sector. Sobre la anfritiona, le puedo decir, que tiene 1000 estrellas en comunicación y servicio al cliente, 100% soporte en tú estadía en cualquier situación que se presente, mientras estes hospedado en su airbnb. Perfecta úbicación, cerca de todos los Malls y centros de entretenimientos en Santo Domingo. Si vuelvo a República Dominicana, me quedaría sin duda en este hermoso y comodo apartamento. A este lugar le doy 10 de 10 es tal como lo dice, la descripción es muy limpio, es sumamente seguro, el Host muy responsable, siempre asegurándose que que todo estuviera bien, me encantó que tenían un Blower y tenían una plancha para el pelo 🙌🏽 , el área de la piscina, muy bonito Ese lugar me encantó que había un olor demasiado rico, cuando uno entra al apartamento, wow .. muy feliz y si volvería a ver quedarme 🫶🏽

Jorge was incredibly helpful and kind. helped us out anytime information or items were needed. Excellent, quiet unit. One thing to note is that you'll need taxi or Uber to get around. it's in a nice residential area

Great location for the price.The apartment is front facing with views of Ave Lincoln. Walkable to many restaurants and lounges. If you are wanting to discover the nightlife, it’s a private location for it without needing to use your car. The doormen are friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is in the lower level of the building with a tight entrance , so I suggest a small car with some power due to the incline. The host was responsive to concerns and addressed them promptly

Really nice apartament on the 7th (top) floor. I found the apartment to be very comfortable with air-conditioning in all living areas. One parking spot in the garage with opener upon check-in. I found the beds to be very comfortable and everything super clean. The second bedroom as well as the jacuzzi is up the stairs, so be prepared. Great stay overall.

La estancia fue perfecta. Camas cómodas, y zonas comunes espaciosas, decoradas al detalle, y terraza acogedora. Host muy atenta. Los baños un poco pequeños, pero al haber dos, es lo de menos.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Just as nice and spacious as you'd expect from the photos. Only one small complaint: warm/hot water in the shower was hard to come by. Almost every shower was a cold shower, but this was not so bad because the climate here is so warm. The neighborhood is safe to walk through. Nearest grocery store is about 4 blocks to walk. Would definitely return, thank you Rafael!

Very friendly and responsive host. This place is very homey and cozy. I recommend this place its in a great location and walkable to all places. Very clean and the pool and deck area nice and private.
