The cottage "les pied dans l'eau" is located in an area of ​​3 hectares bordered by the river. This old tufa stone house, renovated with style, has its own garden space at the water's edge. Bird sanctuary the Moulin de Palet welcomes you to this unique place. You can enjoy the swimming pool in complete peace and quiet, lulled by the song of birds. A pretty wooden terrace overlooks the river and is ideal for your aperitifs. WIFI/Sheets provided. Dinner and breakfast on request. Pet accepted.

In the heart of the Baugeois, in the small village of Guédeniau, close to Baugé 7 km away, its castle, shops, markets (Saturday and Monday), local producers (foie gras, poultry, cheese), a pond 2 steps from the cottage for your fishing activities, petanque and children's playground. 3 km away, the state forest of Chandelais and the Carrefour du Roi René. In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

The Gîte "La Rive du Loir" is private (open in 2025), also private swimming pool and not overlooked. Since March 15, 2026, a 4th bedroom is open 10 m from the cottage with its shower, wall-hung toilet, TV... The capacity of the accommodation is therefore 11 people (including 2 with the convertible sofa in the living room). For 2026: Heated swimming pool from March 27 to November 1. Same date for 2027.
