This home was truly an oasis for our family vacation. We traveled with kids, an infant, and a large group in a 12-passenger van, and this stay exceeded expectations. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook and feel at home, including starter essentials in case we didn’t hit the store right away. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our baby to safely explore. It. being completely fenced in and surrounded by trees, offering both privacy and a peaceful, secluded feel was a bonus, we just loved the outdoor space! The hosts were incredibly responsive before our arrival, answering questions and offering helpful suggestions like where to find a crib locally (we brought an inflatable one instead). Everything was clean, well-organized, and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids or in a larger group!!!

Patricia and her home were both absolutely wonderful! Other reviews mentioned how well stocked this AirBnB is, but really - I have not been in another that had as much available as this one. Life Jackets, Kayaks, Snorkel Gear, Cooler, a Waffle Maker, Blender, plenty of spatulas, pots and pans, puzzles, board games, a grill, beach towels... the list is long! Patricia too was fantastic for recommendations on anything on the island - even going so far as to set up our Bio Bay tour on the perfect night! Highly, highly recommend for a peaceful stay on the quiet side of the island!

Great location! So much to do right there either a short walk or drive away. With a car you have easy access to the Crystal Caves, the Botanical Garden and everything on the east side. (Don’t miss the parrot sanctuary!) The house itself is perfect! You can tell that the owners use the house themselves as the kitchen is well equipped. The lanai makes dining a pleasure. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

To make a long review short, well worth the money. It's a huge house, it could comfortable sleep 6-8 people and not be crowded. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Every time we needed something, even things you wouldn't expect like a coffee bean grinder. toaster oven, or snorkel, it was there. The sandy beach was maybe 20 yards to the East. It's worth the price. Would go back again and again.

Amaya's property was outstanding. She was very responsive and friendly. I felt very appreciated, she had my favorite bottle of wine and favorite chocolates upon my arrival. I highly reccommend Amaya's property. The property was relaxing, stress free, peaceful and simply blissful. I will most definitely be back again. Absolutely loved my stay. Thank you Amaya

Our stay at No Big Ting exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, well-stocked, immaculately clean, and situated in a peaceful location away from the crowds. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. We had the pleasure of meeting the property manager, Chloe, who was very welcoming and helpful. The sunrises were stunning, and we spent hours relaxing on the deck or screened porch while listening to the ocean. The property is conveniently located near several attractions including Cayman Crystal Caves, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, and Cayman Ferries, which we utilized for a trip to Camana Bay on our last day. We rented a car for our visit, which we highly recommend for anyone staying in Rum Point. Thank you once again for providing us with an unforgettable experience for our 30th anniversary. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this property to anyone seeking accommodation in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is spotless, brand new, and beautifully set up. The host was incredibly thoughtful — from the welcome kit with delicious fresh fruit to small touches like aloe vera gel (so handy after a day in the sun!). The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, making it feel just like home. We especially loved spending quiet mornings in the backyard with a coffee, listening to the birds chirping — such a peaceful start to the day. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!

This spot was a hidden gem! We had enough space for the 4 of us that stayed. We enjoyed the pool and it is located in a central location to be able to get to either ends of the island super quickly. Anything we needed the hosts were helpful and accommodating. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen nice and spacious and had what we needed to cook things.

Beautiful place! Pool was sparkling and deep albeit small. Near Kaibo which was a pretty good restaurant although I can’t really recommend the bbq. We enjoyed the music. Bay in front of condo was filled with sea grass but more accessible ocean at Rum Point. Both bedrooms had excellent views of the water. Beds were comfy and bathrooms and kitchen had great amenities. We are already talking about our next visit!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The ocean view was beautiful and the surroundings were quiet which was perfect to fully relax. The beach that you stay on is not the most ideal for swimming as there’s rocks and seaweed but there was patches of clear water which was still very calm and enjoyable. The location of the home is a bit of a distance away from the main strip on Seven Mile Beach so be prepared for a bit of a drive if you do plan on visiting, however the beach was worth the drive every time! Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful escape with a view!

This apartment is just stunning. Beautifully located right ON the beach, with private sun loungers and pool for residents. Well kitted out kitchen, small but comfortable bed for two and plenty of towels. Chloe was so helpful in taking in our grocery order ahead of our check in and flexible with a late check out. You can walk to starfish point in about 10 mins but you don’t really need to! We saw starfish right at the water’s edge of our own beach most days. We didn’t have a car so stayed very local but we did walk to rum point a couple of times where we saw stingray, barracuda and lots of fish simply by snorkelling in the sandy areas of the sea! There is a lovely restaurant there too. The restaurant next door to the apartments is really lovely, we went most days either for dinner, drinks or snacks (again, not having a car meant we were somewhat restricted but we knew that when booking). The Tuesday night BBQ and live music was fun! We had a wonderful, unforgettable week.

Fantastic stay for a girls trip and a super peaceful area right next to rum point and beachfront views. Had a great time and the Airbnb was clean, modern, and had all the essentials.

Amazing! We feel so lucky to have stayed here! Just an FYI for all travelers, you have to rent a car from the airport! The house is next to great restaurants and beautiful waters! It is really peaceful and away from the tourist area! If you want to go to a beach for swimming you’ll need to check out 7 mile beach or Rum Point! Overall it was the most relaxing & lovely place to stay! Recommend to anyone!!!

Words truly can’t describe how amazing our stay at Timmy’s place was! We traveled with three couples- the house was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean- the beach was perfect way to start and end our days. The house was equipped with everything we could have needed felt very clean and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend Silver Thatch Watersports for any trips, we went scuba diving with Captain Warren and Edgard two days and they even helped my boyfriend plan the perfect proposal!! We also went out with them for a private charter where we visited Stingray City and a bunch of snorkeling spots! House is very close to Rum Point (walkable but not ideal). There is also a water taxi that you can take from Kaibo to the other side of the island which is great if you don’t want to make the long drive. Lion Fish Tacos at Tukka East are a must try!! We normally try not to stay at the same place twice, but I feel that we would visit Timmy’s Place again!!

Was a private beach with hardly anyone there and only 40 steps out back door to the ocean! Place was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Took our 1 year old grand daughter and she walked for first time on beach Went to Kaibo restaurant across street for lattes and chocolate croissants in morning and had great dinners at night Also close to Rum Point and that beach is great ! I loved that it was away from the bustle of seven mile beach - while it’s beautiful it’s very busy. If you’re looking for a calm, peaceful, beautiful place - this is it!! You won’t regret it!

This place was amazing! We loved it from the moment we arrived and were sad to leave. It immediately felt like home—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. There were board games, toys for all ages, plenty of kitchen supplies (even a thermos and extra water bottles), and a great selection of books for kids and adults. The indoor and outdoor space was perfect for my toddlers to run around freely. The nearby beach was beautiful and just a short walk away, though a bit rocky for swimming. We often drove to Seven Mile Beach instead, though traffic was sometimes an issue. The house had everything we could need, plus thoughtful extras like a wireless vacuum to clean up tracked-in sand and a nice surprise left in the fridge for us upon arrival. It was truly a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it!
